Congratulations to those of you who have joined Brodie's
Brainy Buddies and have printed out a certificate for
your bedroom wall. But, Brodie's got lots more to
give away, so test your knowledge and see if we can
cheer Brodie up by giving out more certificates.
Click on Brodie to try one, or both, of the quizzes, and remember
that all the answers are somewhere on the website!

The Delinquent's Corner
The Delinquent's
Corner is filling up with scoundrels. I think
Brodie is heading for it too - how will you get them out
of the DC?
May 2007 - Brodie McHaggis
and the Curse of the Scotch Mist is launched
The book raised £40 at the MFR 2007
Charity Auction in Inverness, two months ahead of the
launch date. Well done Brodie! The first 300
copies will be dated, numbered and signed.
New sighting of Brodie -
August 2006
When Anita, from London, was out
walking in the Highlands on a recent holiday, she saw a
short, furry creature run across the path and disappear
into the heather. Anita wonders if it could've
been Brodie. Thanks for the sighting Anita and we
hope you enjoyed your holiday.
Brodie is always running through
the heather and getting into some sort of trouble.
It's possible that what you saw was Brodie because there
are no other known haggises in the highlands - they're
all in the hillsides of Dunroamin - where Brodie should
stay put. Dunroamin is a very safe haven for
haggises.
Keep looking out for Brodie and
sending in your sightings. Make sure that you keep
him safe. And if there looks to be something
chasing him, but you see nothing - look a little
harder. There's usually something chasing him ... and if you can see it, then
you've entered the faerie world that runs along side us.
A fascinating world that we're normally too busy to notice.
Brodie is safe
I'm happy to report that
Brodie's safe and sound. A few cuts and bruises,
but he seems to be ok. He's helping to answer some
of your letters and is really happy with all of your
letters and comments. Keep sending them in.
Sightings of Brodie in the
Highlands - June 2006
There have been a number of
other sightings of Brodie around the Highlands, but I'm not sure if it is him. Nobody seems to have
been able to take a photo of him and send it in.
Poor Brodie, we hope he has managed to get home to
Drumdrui. His next adventure is still being
written, but I need to make sure that's he's happy with
it and that it's a accurate record of events. Keep
searching for him and let me know if you've seen him.
If you've read Brodie McHaggis
and the Secret of Loch Ness, there's a new batch of
questions on the Brodie's
Brainy Buddies page to test your memory.
Haggis footprints in the
snow - March 2006
Linda of Caithness saw strange footprints in
the snow outside of her window today. They were in
batches of three and she asked if it was Brodie.
Thanks Linda - it could be him - keep your eyes peeled.
Brodie at Moray Firth Radio
Station ... ? - March 2006
Seen in the vicinity of the
Moray Firth Radio Station, Inverness, Scotland ...
That's not far from Loch Ness
... does that mean Nessie is about to rescue him?
Brodie at Gracelands?
There's been a few sightings of
Brodie, but I still haven't heard from him.
Bobbie from the USA has heard that he's been seen around
Gracelands in Memphis - how on earth did he get
there?? Keep me up to date with sightings of
Brodie - I need to get in contact with him.
Brodie at Gretna Green? -
February 2006
Brian has just visited Gretna
Green and was sure that he him there!!! He
said that he couldn't
quite catch him though because he was running too fast.
Sounds like him. But, Gretna? Is he marrying
Kyla?
Another sighting of Brodie -
January 2006
Pete and Heather of Caithness were out walking in the
hills today and thought they saw Brodie hiding under
the heather - but it was a rabbit. Their friends thought they saw him at John
O'Groats.
Have you found him yet? I'm getting terribly
anxious about him.
Brodie seen at Ackergill
Tower
Ann says that there is a rumour going around
Caithness that Brodie has been seen at Ackergill
Tower;
albeit in disguise! Of course the Caithnessians
know that lots of celebrities stay at the Tower when
they want to "get away from it all" so it is
very possible. Ann reckons that he is exhausted after
his first big adventure and if he is there, he will
be very well looked after.
Well - is this rumour
true? Has anyone else seen him??? I'm
beginning to get a bit worried, especially as it's
haggis hunting season and the Robert Burns Supper is
just days away! I do hope the haggis bashers
haven't captured him. Somebody else
thought they saw him in Dunnet forest, looking for rowan
trees ...
Where is Brodie?
I still haven't seen
Brodie. Do you know where he might have
gone? If you see him, please let me know.
Happy New Year - 2006
Happy New Year to all Brodie's
fans. Well, the first competition has been drawn
and congratulations go to Roslyn Macpherson of
Balivanich, Scotland. Competition entries were
received from the UK, Canada, the US and New
Zealand. Please - keep them coming! There is a new question for
January and remember, the answer will be somewhere
around the website >>> >>> Competition
Brodie's fans are asking when they
can read about his second adventure. It should be
ready later in 2006.
Brodie has gone missing, so he must be on his next
adventure. Oh dear, I do hope Brodie doesn't get
into too much trouble this time.
